(sonla.gov.vn) On August 1, 2025, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Quynh Nhai Commune held a working conference with the Secretaries and Heads of villages and sub-areas in the area to grasp the situation of task implementation and remove difficulties at the grassroots level. The conference was chaired by comrades: Dinh Trung Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.

Overview of the Conference.

At the Conference, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee informed about the organization of the Quynh Nhai Commune government in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model. At the same time, they listened to feedback and suggestions from villages and sub-regions related to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks. Representatives of 21 villages and sub-regions participated in over 60 comments, focusing on two major groups of fields: economy and culture - society. Many opinions recommended repairing degraded water supply works, canals, and cultural houses; supporting investment in power lines for households moving out of landslide-prone areas; coordinating to speed up the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates; paying attention to providing cement to concretize intra-village roads... In addition, the commune was proposed to support the connection of agricultural product consumption, helping people stabilize output.

The leaders of the Commune People's Committee and specialized departments answered a number of recommendations within their authority, and at the same time recorded and summarized all the contents to report and submit to superiors for consideration and resolution in the coming time.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Dinh Trung Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune, praised the sense of responsibility and grasp of the grassroots situation of the team of Secretaries and Heads of villages and sub-regions in the past time. He suggested that in the coming time, it is necessary to continue to strengthen propaganda work, especially propaganda on the 2-level government model to create consensus among the people; improve the quality of life, pay attention to the work of creating sources and developing new party members; focus on leading and directing the people to promote socio-economic development, maintain security and order in the area, proactively grasp and promptly handle arising issues. During the complicated rainy and flood season, villages and sub-regions should increase information updates, proactively develop plans for natural disaster prevention, and be ready to respond when situations arise.

The conference is an important occasion for the Party Committee and government of Quynh Nhai commune to listen to voices from the grassroots, promptly orient and remove obstacles to improve the effectiveness of task implementation in the new situation.
