On July 6, the Ministry of Justice held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of Son La province; hand over the decision to appoint the Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency, Deputy Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of Son La province and the Head, Deputy Head of Regional Department, and specialized departments of Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of Son La province.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the leadership of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Son La province.

Implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently, the Ministry of Justice issued a Decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CJD). The CJD officially operates from July 1, 2025, is a unit under the Ministry of Justice, with the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Justice in state management and organizing the enforcement of laws on CJD, administrative judgment enforcement, and bailiffs according to the provisions of law and decentralization of the Ministry. The organization under the Department at the local level includes: 34 provincial and municipal civil judgment enforcement offices and 355 regional CJD offices, other offices and equivalents. In Son La province, including: Son La provincial civil judgment enforcement office and 6 regional CJD offices, 4 specialized offices.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Director of the Department of THADS Management handed over the appointment decision of the Minister of Justice to the Head and Deputy Head of THADS of Son La province.

At the conference, representatives of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, Ministry of Justice, announced the decision to establish the Son La Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management on the basis of reorganizing the Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies in Son La province. At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Justice on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Duyet, Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Bac Kan province to the position of Head of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province; announced the decision of the Minister of Justice on the appointment of Mr. Lo Anh Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.

The Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department transferred the appointment decision to the Heads of specialized departments of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Son La province.

At the same time, announce the decision of the Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Son La province on the appointment of positions for 23 Heads and Deputy Heads of Regional Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments and specialized departments.

The Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department transferred the appointment decision to the Heads and Deputy Heads of the regional Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments of Son La Province.

At the ceremony, the decision of the General Department of THADS on retirement to enjoy social insurance benefits for comrade Luong Quang Yen, Deputy Director of the General Department of THADS of Son La province, from July 1, 2025, was also announced.
